About the Recipe
If you're a fan of shrimp and pasta, you're in for a treat! This dish is perfect for a cozy date night or a family feast, and it easily serves two—though you can totally scale it up or down to fit your crowd. Once you've got your ingredients ready to go, you can whip this up in just about 30 minutes. It's all about that casual gourmet vibe without needing to be a pro in the kitchen!

Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. large shrimp (shelled and deveined with tails on preferred)
pasta (fresh, refrigerated linguine preferred)
Hell-a-Fied Twisted Lemon Pepper seasoning
olive oil
butter
2-3 cloves of garlic (large)
4 scallions (sliced)
2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
white mushrooms (about 8 sliced)
fresh tomato (1/2 cup chopped and drained)
sliced lemon for garnish (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Make sure to rinse the shrimp well after peeling and deveining, ideally using fresh Gulf shrimp. After patting dry with paper towels, place them in a bowl. Drizzle 2 tbsp of olive oil over the shrimp and mix well. Sprinkle 2-3 tbsp of Twisted Lemon Pepper seasoning, using your hands to evenly coat the shrimp. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the pasta as instructed, then drain it completely. Keep it aside.
Step 3
Start by melting 4 tbsp of butter in a skillet over low heat to avoid burning. Once the butter has melted, place the shrimp in the pan and cook for around 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn a light pink color. Remove the shrimp and set them aside. Next, add another 4 tbsp of butter to the skillet and sauté the mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Then, introduce the chopped scallions and parsley, cooking for an additional 3 minutes. Incorporate 2-3 cloves of minced garlic into the pan and stir well. Finally, combine the chopped tomato, cooked shrimp and pasta, using tongs to mix everything together. Finish by sprinkling the dish with a bit more Twisted Lemon Pepper seasoning.
Step 4
Arrange the pasta on a plate and top it with a sprinkle of chopped parsley and scallions. Place lemon slices on the plate for decoration. Pair it with your preferred wine for a delightful meal!
